Sandy Toes and Salty Notes: Your Guide to the 40th Annual Carolina Beach MusicFest

Get your dancing shoes (or just your bare feet) ready! The 40th Annual Carolina Beach MusicFest is returning to the shoreline on June 6, 2026. Known as "the biggest and only beach music festival actually held on the beach," this is the ultimate summer kickoff for anyone who loves Shag dancing, cold drinks, and the soulful sounds of the South.

Whether you're a long-time "Shagger" or a newcomer looking for that classic coastal vibe, this year’s milestone celebration is one you won't want to miss.

The Lineup & Festivities

This year, the Ocean Stage at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk will host some of the most iconic names in the genre. Grab a spot on the sand and enjoy:

  • The Tams: Bringing their legendary "Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy" energy.
  • Band of Oz: One of the most successful groups in the Southeast.
  • Jim Quick & Coastline: Mixing soul, blues, and rock for a high-energy performance.

Pro-Tip: Coolers and beach chairs are welcome! Just remember to leave the glass bottles and umbrellas at home to keep the views clear and the beach safe for everyone.
